Mezzanine Investment Criteria

We actively seek to invest in:

• Middle market buyouts and growth stage companies based in North America and Western Europe
• Companies possessing a strong business model, solid market positioning and/or a distinct competitive advantage
• Stable cash flow generation; at least $10 million in EBITDA
• Senior or junior securities; secured or unsecured; cash and/or payment-in-kind; ability to include warrants; maturities up to 10 years
• Opportunities that allow us to invest US $10 to $100 million per transaction
