The Private Placement Group provides long-term financing solutions for companies worldwide. The Group is comprised of four separate, but related groups: High Grade Private Placements, High Yield Privates & Mezzanine, Project Finance, and Asset Backed Securities. Each of these groups focuses on a specific asset class within the private placement arena. The Group has investment teams located in Houston and New York.

High Grade Private Placements

• Senior secured and unsecured financings
• Investment grade quality companies not rated by a NRSRO
• US $20 -$250 million in investment size; maturities from 3 to 30 years
• U.S. or foreign domiciled issuers

High Yield Privates and Mezzanine

• 1st and 2nd lien, senior unsecured, subordinated and mezzanine financings
• Non-investment grade companies with a 5+ year track record and a proven business model
• US $10 - $75 million investment size with maturities up to 10 years
• U.S. or foreign domiciled issuers

Project Finance

• Senior secured financings
• High quality project collateral including power plants, toll roads and pipelines
• US $20 - $250 million investment size with maturities up to 30 years
• U.S. or foreign domiciled issuers

Asset Backed Securities

• Transactions secured by pools of financial assets
• High quality tranches of securitizations including time-share loan receivables, equipment lease receivables and other esoteric pools of collateral
• US $20 - $250 million investment size with maturities up to 25 years
• U.S. or foreign domiciled issuers
