Marcelo Castro De Aguiar

Mr. Aguiar joined AIG Investments in 2000 and is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing and managing private equity investments in Latin America. Mr. Aguiar serves on the Board of Directors of Frigorífico Mercosul and Calyx Agro Ltd. In addition, Mr. Aguiar served on the Board of Directors and was the interim CFO of Kwikasair Cargas Expressas S.A., and participated on the Board of Directors of Drogamed Ltda.

Prior to joining AIG Investments, Mr. Aguiar held various finance positions with Gillette in Boston and São Paulo from 1993 to 2000. Previously, Mr. Aguiar was with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Aguiar received a BA in Business Administration from Faculdade Cândido Mendes in Rio de Janeiro and a Certificate in Management from Harvard Extension School.

Sebastian Amui
Director

Mr. Amui joined AIG Investments in 1999 and is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing and managing investments in Latin America. Prior to joining AIG Investments, Mr. Amui was a Senior Investment Officer at BBVA Banco Frances, where he co-managed a US $400 million portfolio that included fixed income, listed equities and a private equity fund established in partnership with TCW and Merrill Lynch.

Mr. Amui served on the Board of Directors of nine portfolio companies with aggregate revenues in excess of US $2 billion. Mr. Amui received an executive degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a Master’s degree in Finance from the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in Buenos Aires, and a BA in Economics from the Universidad Católica Argentina.

Christopher Lui
Vice President
AIG Investments, New York

Mr. Lui joined AIG Investments in 1996 and is responsible for evaluating, executing and monitoring investments for several AIG-sponsored private equity funds, focusing primarily in Brazil and other countries in Latin America.

Prior to joining AIG Investments, Mr. Lui was in the Finance & Administration group at The Blackstone Group. Mr. Lui received a BA in Economics from the New York University.

André Salomão
Vice President
AIG Investments, São Paulo

Mr. Salomão rejoined AIG Investments in 2007, having previously worked with the Company from 2001 to 2005. He is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing and monitoring private equity investments.

Prior to rejoining AIG Investments, Mr. Salomão was a strategic planning manager for AmBev, one the largest brewing companies in the world. Previously, Mr. Salomão was a Financial Analyst at Enron in São Paulo and at SFP Financial Advisors in Los Angeles, CA. Mr. Salomão received a Post-Graduate Degree from the University of California and a BA in Business Administration from Escola de Administração de Empresas de São Paulo-FGV.
