Stewart Homler
Managing Director, Alternative Investments, Japan
AIG Investments, Tokyo
Mr. Homler joined AIG Investments in 2007. He has over 20 years of investment experience, 11 years of which have been focused in Tokyo and Hong Kong. Prior to joining AIG Investments, Mr. Homler was Regional Head of Deutsche Asset Management’s Asia-Pacific Private Equity Group. While in Asia, he also held positions as Chief Representative in Japan for Prudential UK’s private equity activities and as Director of CSFB’s Asia-Pacific private equity office based in Hong Kong. He first moved to Asia in 1997 with MetLife as Director of its Asia-Pacific investment office. Mr. Homler began his career with MetLife in 1987 in New York where he was involved in real estate investments, corporate lending, corporate restructurings and private equity. Mr. Homler holds an MS in Real Estate Investment from New York University, and an MBA in Finance and a BSM in Accounting from Tulane University. |

Akira Yokoo
Director
AIG Investments, Tokyo
Mr. Yokoo joined AIG Investments in April 2006. Prior to joining AIG Investments, Mr. Yokoo worked at CSFB Coverage Division as Director responsible for general industry clients with focus on M&A, debt/equity finance and derivatives. Prior to joining CSFB, he focused on fixed income business working at Citicorp, Lehman Brothers, and UBS as sales manager. In 1996, Mr. Yokoo joined Deutsche Bank Corporate Coverage Group where he was responsible for originating corporate finance business with Japanese corporate clients such as debt/equity finance, asset securitization and derivatives. Mr. Yokoo started his financial career at Citibank N.A Tokyo Branch, Corporate Banking Department in 1976. Mr. Yokoo graduated from Keio University in 1976 with a BA in economics. |

Michael Chae
Director
AIG Investments, Tokyo
Mr. Chae joined AIG Investments as a Director in May 2008. Prior to joining AIG Investments, Mr. Chae was a Director in Nikko Citi’s Fixed Income Group. Prior to that, Mr. Chae was a Director with Deutsche Asset Management's Asia-Pacific Private Equity Group focusing on both direct and fund-of-funds investments. Mr. Chae has also held positions as a Manager in Shinsei Bank’s Private Equity Group in Tokyo and as a Principal in Credit Suisse First Boston's Private Equity Group in Hong Kong. Mr. Chae began his career in investment banking and leverage finance with Chase Manhattan Bank. |

Yoji Sakaguchi
Manager
AIG Investments, Tokyo
Mr. Sakaguchi joined AIG Investments 2006 and is responsible for the evaluation and execution of private equity direct investments in Japan. Mr. Sakaguchi has extensive experience in corporate analysis and accounting/tax. Prior to joining AIG Investments, Mr. Sakaguchi was involved in corporate finance and M&A advisory at CSFB Investment Banking Division from 2001. Mr. Sakaguchi started his career at Pricewaterhouse Coopers in 1995. Mr. Sakaguchi earned a BA in economics from Keio University and has a Japanese CPA license. |

Kohei Shirai

Mr. Shirai joined AIG Investments 2006 and is responsible for evaluation and execution of private equity direct investments. Prior to joining AIG Investments, Mr. Shirai worked at Integrated Finance Limited Advisory Group. Mr. Shirai started his career at JP Morgan Investment Banking Group and Structured Finance Group. Mr. Shirai earned a BA in economics from Keio University. |
