Harvey Lambert

Mr. Lambert joined AIG Investments in 1996 and currently leads the secondary investments operations at AIG Investments. In this role, Mr. Lambert is responsible for AIG Investments’ acquisition and management of private equity interests on secondary markets globally. For the past 11 years, Mr. Lambert has focused on private equity investment deals as well as strategic planning and asset allocation analysis of client private equity portfolios. In addition to these duties, Mr. Lambert sits on several private equity fund advisory boards. Mr. Lambert began his career with AIG Investments reporting to AIG's Chief Investment Officer, where he was responsible for providing global capital markets research and analysis with a focus on private equity investments. Prior to joining AIG Investments, Mr. Lambert worked in corporate finance and accounting at both Black & Decker Corp. and General Dynamics, Inc. He received a BS in Finance from Virginia Tech, where he was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma, and an MS in International Business from Johns Hopkins University.

Pablo Calo
Managing Director, AIG PineStar Capital

Mr. Calo joined AIG Investments in 1997 and is based in London where he is responsible for secondary private equity investments on a global basis. Prior to his current role, Mr. Calo focused on direct investments and held portfolio monitoring responsibilities in Latin America. Mr. Calo started his career at AIG Investments with responsibility for private equity investments in developed markets. Mr. Calo is a board member of several AIG Investments portfolio companies and investment vehicles. Prior to joining AIG Investments, Mr. Calo worked in global finance for Citibank. He received a BS in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Uruguay and an MBA from Yale University.

Kennon Koay

Mr. Koay joined AIG Investments in 1994 and focuses on sourcing and executing secondary private equity investments on a global basis. Prior to his current role, Mr. Koay was head of AIG Investments Asia in Taiwan and was responsible for the sourcing, development and monitoring of direct investment projects in Greater China. Mr. Koay currently sits on the boards of several investee companies and was also a member of the Investment Advisory Committee of Nan Shan Life Insurance Company, AIG's flagship insurance operation in Taiwan. Mr. Koay received a BA in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles and an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Amit Mahajan
Vice President, AIG PineStar Capital

Mr. Mahajan joined AIG Investments in 2005 and is responsible for sourcing, due diligence and negotiating secondary private equity transactions on a global basis. Prior to his current role, Mr. Mahajan executed private equity investments, focused on global emerging markets and across several industries. Mr. Mahajan has over ten years of experience in private equity, banking and consulting. Prior to AIG Investments, he worked on private equity and merger & acquisition opportunities at NY based investment firms, Chatterjee Group (formerly affiliated with Soros Funds) and Arcadia Investment Partners. During his career, Mr. Mahajan gained substantial operating experience at Oblix (acquired by Oracle), a technology firm and portfolio company of Kleiner Perkins & APAX Partners. Mr. Mahajan began his career with Deloitte Consulting where he advised multinational clients in energy, telecom, insurance, utilities and the technology sector. He holds a BS in Computer Science & Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Loic Rentiers
Vice President, AIG PineStar Capital

Mr. Rentiers joined AIG Investments in 2006 and is responsible for sourcing, due diligence, and monitoring of secondary private equity investments on a global basis. Mr. Rentiers sits on several private equity fund advisory boards. Prior to joining AIG Investments, Mr. Rentiers worked as an Investment Manager at Allianz Private Equity Partners, Inc., where he co-managed and liquidated $1 billion of fund commitments in the United States on behalf of Dresdner Bank AG and other third-party clients. Mr. Rentiers started his career at Dresdner Kleinwort Capital, where he was an Associate in the private placement and fund-of-funds teams. Mr. Rentiers received a Masters in Business and Management, with a minor in Finance from ICHEC Brussels Business School.
